For those of you who need a soundtrack to accompany weekend plans that involve something more lively than doing yard work with the Mrs and collapsing on the couch for a few hours, here's a bumpin' boogie-funk mix from DJ Nobunaga and producer L33 (aka Lee Funksta) entitled "Bitches Boogie".

Though the title might steer some of you away, I'm telling you that you won't be disappointed if you give it a spin. Nice blend of new and not-so-new joints from names like Hawthorne Headhunters, S.O.S Band, Sylvia Striplin, Reggie B., Onra, and Amalia just to name a few. No track-list, unfortunately, but who cares. Play the music and enjoy. But try to show a little consideration for those of us who spend our weekends curled up in bed with our spouses watching "Murder She Wrote" marathons on Hallmark Channel.
